Local, Oregon raspberries crafted into a delightful chocolate ganache encased in dark chocolate.
Hazelnut Gianduja
Oregon hazelnuts blended smooth with milk chocolate and encased within a dark chocolate.
Strawberry Mint
White chocolate ganache made from local, Oregon strawberries, infused with mint, encased in milk chocolate.
White Chocolate Lemon Truffles
White chocolate ganache infused with real lemons and dipped in white chocolate.
Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels
Chewy, buttery caramels molded with a Dark Chocolate outer shell.
Lemon Verbena
This one offers a perfect balance of the lemon verbena herb with a white chocolate. Center and shell are both made with white chocolate.
Sea Salt Caramels
Chewy, buttery caramels dipped in Milk Chocolate, topped with Fleur de Sel.
Peanut Butter & Jam
Your good old fashioned PB&J – in a chocolate! Made with local berry jam.
Pinot Noir Wine in Dark Chocolate
Made with a local pinot noir from Communique Wines. Encased within a dark chocolate layer.
Lemon Basil in Dark
Lemon and basil infused cream is used to make the dark chocolate ganache center. Shell is in a dark chocolate.
Dulce de Leche & Latte
Dulce de leche is heaven on earth!! The sweet, creamy, caramely layer is balanced nicely with a strong coffee infused ganache layer.
Melt Away Mint in Dark
Smooth and irresistible. Mint fondant encased within a dark chocolate shell.
Honey-Lavender Truffle
Local lavender and local honey! This truffle has a very subtle hint of lavender and is balanced perfectly with the honey and milk chocolate.
Irish Cream
Inspired by my Irish husband, this center is a delectable Irish Cream fudge with pecans.
