We are currently looking for multiple team players to fulfill the following duties on a part-time basis:

​

Title:  Chocolate Sales Associate

​

Duties:

• Sell chocolates at farmer's market or other events. 

• Talk with customers, answer questions about flavors, ingredients, etc.

• Ensure appropriate handling of chocolates to maintain safety, integrity, etc.

• Record sales using Square app.

• Help with booth set up, tear down and put away.

• Assist with other tasks, as necessary, such as preparing product for market, order fulfillment, packaging or other production activities.

 

Skills/Qualifications Necessary:

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to keep an accurate accounting of money and goods sold.

• Positive, friendly attitude toward customers, other vendors, everyone.

• Willingness to jump in, help out and take on other duties, as necessary.

• Kind, open-minded, hard-working, honest

 

Other requirements:

• Reliable transportation, clean driving record.

• Reliable cell phone with internet connection.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs.

• Ability to use applications such as Square.

• Good dexterity; ability to work with intricate details.

• Food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain one)

• On time, reliable, trustworthy, consistent

• Good communicator

 

Nice to have:

• Willingness and desire to learn more and take on more tasks.

• Interest in career growth, expanding responsibilities. 

• Basic computer skills.

• Special skills/interest in chocolate, social media, teaching or other.

Hours/ Schedule:

• Part-time - approximately 4 to 8 hours per week, possibly more.

• Flexible Scheduling - need to be available for events on the weekends.

Title:  Chocolate Kitchen Production Assistant

​

Duties:

• Assist with kitchen production activities

• Conduct food preparation such as washing fruits, roasting nuts, etc.

• Measure & record ingredient information

• Assist in making centers and learning about making chocolates

• Help to wash / polish molds, clean and sanitize kitchen and equipment 

• Help with order fulfillment activities such as inventory management, building boxes with chocolates, tying bows, preparing for shipment

• Assist with other tasks, as necessary, such as preparing product for market, order fulfillment, packaging or other production activities.  

 

Skills/Qualifications Necessary:

• Good attention to detail.

• Positive, friendly attitude toward customers, other vendors, everyone.

• Prior kitchen experience, either commercial or personal

• Willingness to jump in, help out and take on other duties, as necessary.

• Kind, open-minded, hard-working, honest

• Special skills/interest in chocolate, baking, photography, social media, production workflow, teaching or other.

Hours:

• Part-time:  Approximately 6 - 10 hours per week to start, possibly more.     

• Flexible scheduling.
