At Suzy's Chocolates, different flavor combinations and artistic designs are being created all the time.  Here are just a few examples of some of my most popular chocolates I want to show you: 

Local, Oregon raspberries crafted into a delightful chocolate ganache encased in dark chocolate.


Oregon hazelnuts blended smooth with milk chocolate and encased within dark or milk chocolate.

Hazelnut Gianduja

White chocolate ganache made from local, Oregon strawberries, infused with mint, encased in milk chocolate.

Strawberry Mint

White chocolate ganache infused with real lemons and dipped in white chocolate.

White Chocolate Lemon Truffles

Local, Oregon raspberries are used to make a delightful, dark chocolate ganache then dipped in dark chocolate.

Dark Chocolate Raspberry Truffles

Oregon hazelnuts and milk chocolate blended smooth then layered with an oozy caramel, encased within milk chocolate.

Caramel & Hazelnut

Chewy, buttery caramels dipped in Milk Chocolate, topped with Fleur de Sel.

Sea Salt Caramels

Your good old fashioned PB&J – in a chocolate! Made with local berry jam.

Peanut Butter & Blackberry Jam

Lemon and Basil infused cream are used to make the milk chocolate ganache, encased in chocolate.

Lemon Basil

Oregon Strawberries and balsamic vinegar mixed together for the perfectly balanced chocolate flavor combination.

Strawberry Balsamic

Made with a local pinot noir from Communique Wines.  Encased within a dark chocolate layer.  

Pinot Noir Wine in Dark Chocolate

Made with a local riesling from Communique Wines.  Encased within a milk chocolate layer.
